Shipping and Returns

 

• Free delivery to Spain (Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and mainland Portugal on orders of €50* or more. A delivery charge of €4.90 applies to orders below this amount.
• Deliveries to Andorra, Spain (Ceuta, Melilla) and Portugal (Azores and Madeira): free delivery on orders of €120 or more. A delivery charge of €15 applies to orders below this amount.
• Deliveries to Europe (Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden): free on orders of €120 or more. €15 delivery charge for orders below this amount.
• Rest of Europe and the UK: free on orders of €150 or more. €18 delivery charge for orders below this amount.
• Rest of the world (Zone A): free for orders over €200. €45 delivery charge for smaller orders.
  Rest of the world (Zone B): free for orders over €300. €50 delivery charge for smaller orders.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 days of receipt of payment, and delivery may take 2–5 days, depending on the country.

Changes and returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Check our Returns & Exchanges Guide, or our Return Policy and Conditions.

*Orders of Special Editions / Collaborations / Teams are not eligible for changes or returns, except for manufacturing defects.
