To proceed with a bespoke project, a minimum order of 5 units per item and design is required. (Please contact our sales team for details of prices and terms, as well as available ranges and fabrics.) Let us know what you need and we’ll look into it.

Our design department will work with your idea and help you bring it to life, whether it starts as a simple hand-drawn sketch or a finished design. Throughout this process, right up until the desired result is achieved, you will be in direct contact with our designers to share ideas and request changes. The bespoke design service is free of charge for our clients if the project goes ahead.

The approximate delivery time for our custom orders is 7 weeks from order confirmation (these times may vary at certain times of the year). Once your order and design have been confirmed, our sales department will contact you to provide a more accurate delivery date. We will notify you by email as the delivery date approaches.

The minimum order for reorders is 5 units per model. There are no design or layout costs for this service (these would already have been covered by the initial order).

Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects. In such cases, our quality control department will inspect the garments to verify the manufacturing fault, and we will either repair the fault or produce a replacement garment at no cost to you.

You can check your size on our Size Guide page, where you’ll find size charts for men and women to help you determine your ideal size (from XXS to 5XL). We also have a sizing system that operates on a waiting list basis. Our sales staff may ask you for this information and explain the process (please note that sizes may take up to one week to become available).
