Guide for Exchanges and Returns
If you have just received your order and there are items you are not satisfied with or if the size is not right, you have up to 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the product or exchange it for a different size or item.
*We can process an exchange or return, provided that the item being returned is in perfect condition, with its tag intact and has not been worn. If the item is found to be in inappropriate condition (worn, even washed) upon receipt, Gsport reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:
Step 1. Send us the item you want to exchange or return (you will be responsible for the shipping costs). You can choose the courier service you prefer; Correos is usually the most economical option. This is the address where you need to send the item:
Step 2. ¡IMPORTANT! You must fill out and include our returns form inside the package for us to process the exchange or return. You can download it here:
Step 3. Once we receive the package and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund or send you the requested exchange to the address you provided, free of charge, within a maximum of 15 calendar days.
*Orders for Special Editions / Collaborations / Teams do not qualify for exchanges or returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
