FIRST TIME AT THE GIRO D'ITALIA WITH POLTI KOMETA TEAM

For the first time, Gsport is present at the Giro d'Italia alongside the Polti Kometa team. A challenge, a gift, an opportunity that the entire team is experiencing with great enthusiasm.

May arrives... a significant date on the calendar of any cycling enthusiast. May is the month of the Giro d'Italia, the month of the color pink. 21 days of pure cycling where we can see our favorite teams and cyclists fighting, stage after stage, to give their best.

It's hard to describe in words what it means for Gsport to be present in the "Corsa Rosa" alongside the Polti Kometa team... A mix of excitement and amazement to see our clothing in the peloton, competing in one of the most iconic races in the world of cycling. This achievement is the result of the hard work and dedication of the entire team in our factory. 

To face the Giro d'Italia 2024, these eight cyclists will represent us and give their best: Matteo Fabbro, the bet for the classification, climber Davide Piganzoli who will debut in the Giro; Giovanni Lonardi for the sprints, the brothers Davide Bais y Mattia Bais to fight for presence in the breakaways and on rugged terrain, as well as captain Mirco Maestri and the brave duo formed by Andrea Pietrobon and Fran Muñoz, also newcomers, who will surely collaborate with the team's objectives in addition to seeking their own opportunities.  

At Gsport, we are ready to experience these exciting 21 days together. From the hills of Tuscany to the snowy peaks of the Alps, we will be with our team at every turn, every ascent, every sprint until we reach Rome. Let's go, Team Polti Kometa! Let's go, Giro d'Italia!

GSPORT CUSTOM DRESSES THE POLTI KOMETA TEAM TO FACE THE CORSA ROSA.

As the official outfit, the riders of the Italian squad will wear our PRO SKIN bib shorts,bib shorts made with minimal seams and without cuffs, which provide extra comfort and a second skin sensation during the 21 days of the race. The team's official jersey, which has been developed exclusively for the riders (our Aero T  model with flat seams). In addition to the competition and time trial suits, rainwear, and a new lighter and more breathable short-sleeved kit... all to help them face all the weather conditions that usually occur in the Giro d'Italia.
