THE TEAM GSPORT-GRUPO INNOVA TORMO AND THEIR BET FOR THIS 2021

Our team Gsport-Grupo Innova Tormo élite and sub 23 has done as concluded its squad for this year 2021 with 19 cyclists.

One more year they’ve believed in the youth to form the team, this by including five cyclist from the junior category, due to this they’ll be debuting in the sub23.

Antonio Llopis the team manager explains: “Our priority is the youth. We said it in 202 and we showed it again. We want to keep developing talent and achieve that one or two of our races go professional each year”.

From the races of 2020 we are still betting on 7 members: Miguel Ángel Silva, Daniel Mellado, Sergio Ginés, Pablo Álvarez, Miguel Moya, Gabriel Rodas and Joan Llacer.The incorporation are focused in the junior category, like we’ve commented before.

The Galician team has signed 5 debutants, two of them natives of Galicia: Ismael Rodríguez andthe autonomic champion Gianni Iannelli, without forgetting about Mario Granero, Alvaro Torrella and Gorka Ortega, one of the top 10 juniors of the Spanish squad in 2020.

In addition, the team Gsport-Grupo Innova Tormo also has signed new cyclists such as: Ricardo Zurita, Miquel López, Simone Sano, Alejandro Soro, Jordi Gandía, Carlos Collazos and Josué Gómez. This last one Gomez, is probably the best cyclist in the amateur squad and will be the key racer for the team when they are close to the last sprint.

“We have a really good group of fast racers and Josue will be the key in the structure. We are really happy that he came, but the plan is still to give calendar and formation to all of the racers” says Antonio Llopis.

SPONSORS 

Face to the next year 2022 our team Gsport-Grupo Innova Tormo would like to have one or two racers on the elite. Any sponsor allows us to grow and with this the team tries to attend any race outside Spain to give more experience to its cyclists.

GSPORT has added for the season 2021 the sponsor Grupo Innova Tormo as the second sponsor to support the team. In addition, the Galician institutional support is maintained, as well as the Catlikehelmet brand and the Teika and Velofuturcompanies. The other new sponsor is the announced Krayton Pure Technology, a company for components of the cycling sector.  

Thanks to each of this sponsors that show their support for our club, the team can keep growing and training new professional cyclists.
